The terms that apply when you buy from this website, written to be read.
Who you are buying from
Smart Towel is a brand of One World Organics Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, business registration number 80086795, at Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74-78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. Email sales@smarttowel.shop.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the towels and, where shown, shipping. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Airwallex, on its own secure page. Your card details never reach us. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee.
Your order
Your order is accepted when your payment succeeds. If we can't fulfil it, for example because a colour has sold out or a price was shown in error, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Discount codes
One code per order. Codes take a percentage off the towels, not off shipping, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time. A code that has ended can't be applied to an order after it has been placed.
Delivery
Delivery costs, times, and who pays any import charges are set out on our shipping page.
Refunds
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, explained on our returns page. If you live in the EU or UK you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
Using the towel
The Smart Towel is a reusable evaporative cooling towel. It is not a medical device and is not a treatment for any condition. If you are managing a heat-related or medical condition, follow the advice of your doctor. Care instructions are in our washing guide.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. These terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong, without taking away any protection your local law gives you.
