Shipping and delivery.
Where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and whether anything is due when it arrives.
The short version. We ship to 35 countries from our fulfilment centre in China. Shipping is a flat $9.90 per order, and free on orders over $50. Most orders arrive in 5 to 12 business days after they ship.
What it costs
A flat $9.90 per order, wherever you are, however many towels you buy. Orders of $50 or more ship free. The $50 is counted after any discount code. All prices are in US dollars.
How long it takes
Your order is passed to our fulfilment centre as soon as you pay. Once it ships, these are the usual delivery times:

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas and busy periods can add a few days.
Import duties and taxes
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the EU: any import duty and tax is paid by us before your parcel arrives. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.
United Kingdom and other countries: your local customs may charge import VAT or duty, and the carrier may add a handling fee, which you pay on delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to 35 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong. Your country is listed at checkout if we deliver there. If it isn't, ask us.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, email sales@smarttowel.shop with the name and email you ordered with and we'll send you the tracking number.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived 10 business days after the window above, see our returns page. We'll replace it or refund you.
