Your privacy.
We keep as little about you as we can, we never sell it, and we never show it to advertisers. This page says exactly what we hold and why.
Smart Towel is a brand of One World Organics Limited, registered in Hong Kong (BRN 80086795).
When you order
- Your name, email address and delivery address. We need them to send your order and to contact you about it.
- What you bought and when. For your receipt, returns, and our accounts.
- Your card details go to Airwallex, not to us. You type them on Airwallex's own secure page. We never see them and never store them.
Your name and delivery address are passed to the company that packs your order and the courier that delivers it, and to nobody else.
Our newsletter
We only email you news and offers if you signed up for them. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click takes you off the list for good.
When you write to us
Messages from the contact and wholesale forms come to our inbox so we can reply. We don't add you to any list because you wrote to us.
Cookies on this website
If you press Accept on the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It stores a few cookies in your browser for that. We have switched off Google's advertising features, so none of it is used to show you adverts.
If you press No thanks, nothing from Google is loaded at all. You can change your mind any time with the Cookies link at the bottom of every page. Your basket is remembered in your own browser so it is still there when you come back; that never leaves your device.
Who else handles it
- Airwallex takes payments.
- Resend sends our emails and keeps the newsletter list.
- Vercel runs this website.
- Our packing company and couriers deliver your order.
- Google Analytics counts visits, only if you accept cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because Hong Kong law requires business records to be kept that long. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Seeing it, changing it, or deleting it
Email sales@smarttowel.shop from the address you used, and we will tell you everything we hold, correct it, or delete what the law lets us delete.
